  8. Many amenities are not clear on the website, if they submit the same business plan to CDA, It may get objection because kids play grounds, several parks, religious services, and public transportation services are not defined.
  9.   Current economic factors may affect the sales and investors' interest in investing in Park View  City Islamabad phase 2.
  10.   Double-digit inflation high exchange rates, high property taxes, weak local currency value in completion of dollars, and high material, and development costs may affect this project.
